Dear Nishant,
You have indeed touched on a very important issue, that is, to come up with realistic funding support when passing idealistic bills.
I have often made similar points in parliament, for example, supporting the education cess since it overcomes a fundamental hypocrisy (we had earlier made education free and compulsory for children upto the age of 14, but were providing only 1/3rd of the funds necessary to actually make that happen).

I will indeed take up the matter in Parliament.

With best wishes,
Baijayant Panda

It's really very encouraging that leaders like Mr. B J Panda are taking interest to take up your matter to Parliament diaspora. Not only leaders, but every citizen of Orissa should try to contribute in every little way. Just like passing on this blog and creating awareness that can go a long way in fund raising.

Great going!!
